a sweet little Valentine miracle

Valentine's Day was a long one. Evelyn had a new cough the Thursday before. I waited until Monday morning to call the doctor's office and didn't get an appointment until the next day. But when Evelyn's breathing sounded like blowing through a straw I called back and the Nurse was insistant that we come ASAP. She was diagnosed with RSV and Bronchiolitis and had to have breathing treatments 3 times daily for a week. The doctor said she was really close to having Pneumonia and it may have turned into it if we had waited one more night. We are so thankful to our Father in Heaven that she didn't get it and are so glad to report that she is almost back to 100% now.
The day was made a little sweeter though.
Not only did Ryan get me dove chocolate, but this beautiful heart shaped bouquet. He hadn't done flowers for a while, but I always love the chocolate. Too much actually... I Love him!
Here is our bath-time beauty feeling much better later that evening.

And here is the elusive 1st tooth that also broke through on the 14th. It was quite a day for her.

So glad she is doing better. It can be so scary when the breathing is involved. Love--
